Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Speech Therapy.
• Licensed in Florida or eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assess and re-evaluate patients to determine communication needs and plan care.
• Develop and implement plan of care following physician referrals and guidelines.
• Provide therapy across diverse ages with measurable goals.
• Document accurately in the medical record and chart audits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Maintain compliance with ASHA and Florida licensing standards.
