Ideal candidates hold a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology and state licensure, with CPR certification and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
• Licensed as a speech-language pathologist in the state or have equivalency.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Coordinate quality and safe delivery of home health speech therapy services.
• Educate patients/families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required OASIS assessments and discharge paperwork.
