Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) required or eligible.
• Active Florida state license to practice as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive‑linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Complete assessments within department timeframes and document plans and progress.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on patient status.
• Document evaluation findings, sessions, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
• Attend staffings, team huddles, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor students and participate in clinical education programs.
