Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Mercy Hospital Ada, OK. This PRN opportunity supports diverse patient populations with evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with families and care teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, be licensed as an SLP, maintain BLS, and contribute to evidence-based care, discharge planning, and staff mentorship within

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist; current state licensure required.
BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop plans of care and implement evidence-based interventions with families and care teams.
Provide education, discharge planning, and supervise clinical fellows, students and support staff per standards.
