Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility as outlined in the Speech Language Pathologist role.
• Provides department in-services as requested by management.
• Serves as a clinical instructor as requested by management.
• Assists in orientation and training of employees.
• Provides consultation to staff.
• Mentors staff when applicable.
• Monitors clinical competency of staff as needed.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Contributes to development of new care models.
• Participates in performance improvement projects or committees as requested.
