Qualifications

• Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) certificate required at hire from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services under supervision of the Director, Assistant Director, or Clinical Supervisor.
• Serves as clinical instructor and mentor for staff as requested by management.
• Assists in orientation and training of employees as needed.
• Participates in performance improvement projects or committees as requested by management.
• Monitors the work of contract therapists and the treatment of patients in Kaiser facilities.
