Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services under supervision of Director, Assistant Director, or Clinical Supervisor.
• Provides department in-service and staff consultation as requested by management.
• Acts as clinical instructor and mentors staff; participates in orientation and training.
• Participates in performance improvement projects and clinical competency development.
• Monitors and supports treatment of patients and may supervise SLP assistants and rehab aides.
