Responsabilités

• Complete procedures for students referred for special education services.
• Develop and review Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Work with parents on children's educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records on all students.
• Provide diagnostic services and screenings for special education referrals.
• Collaborate with educators on a regular basis.
• Refer students to specialists as needed.
• Ensure due process safeguards for students and parents.
• Provide therapeutic services per program guidelines.
• Administer evaluations of student progress.
• Serve as a resource to regular education teachers.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
