Greenfield Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team across home health and outpatient settings on a senior campus in Wauwatosa.

You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and practice at the top of your license to help older adults maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin state licensure required to practice as an SLP.

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Wauwatosa, WI.

This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care across home health and outpatient therapy in the home, working with older adults in a variety of settings. Our SLPs play an important role in helping patients maintain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their functional goals.

Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.
