Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Wauwatosa, WI. You will provide patient-centered SLP services across home health and outpatient therapy within senior care settings, helping clients maintain independence and communication goals.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, navigate transitions of care, and deliver high-quality care at the top of your license on a full-time schedule with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an SLP.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services across home health and outpatient settings for seniors.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
