Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services at its senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This role offers flexible hours in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, hold a current Wisconsin license, and share a passion for helping older adults. Join a team that values integrity, collaboration, and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs.
• Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document services per regulatory and company standards

What You Need

• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
• Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
