Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and provide speech and language services within an IEP framework. You will design individualized service plans, document progress, and work with families and school staff to support student learning in the general curriculum.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and Nebraska teaching certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Current Nebraska Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Screens and assess students for communication disorders.
• Designs, implements, and documents delivery of speech-language services.
• Collaborates with families, staff, and IEP team for progress in the curriculum.
• Directs therapy sessions focusing on articulation, voice, and fluency.
• Maintains accurate records and progress reports in compliance with laws.
• Promotes a safe, respectful learning environment and supports individualized instruction.
