Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services within our ABA framework. You will work closely with BCBA, behavior therapists, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care for children with autism.

The role emphasizes evaluations, treatment planning, family collaboration, and ongoing documentation. A state license, CCC-SLP, and Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology are required, with opportunities to mentor students and contribute to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification by ASHA required.
• Current license as Speech-Language Pathologist in state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services with focus on early intervention.
• Conduct evaluations and interpret standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per prescriptions and policies.
• Set care goals with clients and families; document progress with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate client records and billing/documentation.
