Verbal Beginnings, a growing autism therapy provider in Maryland, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver speech and language services alongside ABA teams. The role emphasizes early intervention and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to support client progress.

The ideal candidate holds the CCC-SLP from ASHA, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and an active Maryland license, with a commitment to high clinical quality and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain the CCC-SLP credential from ASHA.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing evaluations within the established time frame.
• Develops and implements treatment plans per valid prescriptions and policies.
• Supervises speech-language assistants and/or clinical fellows per ASHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client care records and billing documentation.
