Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment per physician referrals and regulatory standards.

Required are an MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification (or CFY eligibility), and a valid state license. New grads welcome; competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (MS/MA SLP).
• ASHA certified (CCC) OR eligible for CFY; maintain credentialing.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; active license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care in speech therapy per physician referral.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Establish and adjust goals; document clinically and timely.
