Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct rehab in speech therapy for patients referred by physicians. The role requires MS/MA SLP, state licensure, and ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility. CPR certification and good standing licensure are required.

Qualifications

• MS or MA SLP degree from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs or eligible for CFY to earn CCCs.
• Active state license in good standing.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate CFYs for SLP CCCs.
• Follow treatment plans under supervising SLP CCC; adhere to guidelines.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Use therapy software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
