Job summary

Vitruvian Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient care ensuring quality speech therapy. Emphasis on geriatrics and age-appropriate assessment and treatment planning align with our mission to deliver excellence in care.

You will demonstrate knowledge of growth and development, interpret data to tailor plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to maximize patient outcomes in acute and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of Speech Therapy.
• Licensed in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in GA or eligible for license.
• Five (5) years or more preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS preferred.
• Ability to obtain and interpret information for age-specific needs.
• Vast knowledge of therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to assure quality speech therapy.
• Administer therapy with emphasis on geriatrics.
• Document evaluation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Therapy Supervisor and other team members.
