Job summary

Aberjona-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our full‑time therapy team. The clinician will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, participate in family conferences, and coordinate discharge planning with staff and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current MA State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cooperative therapy team.
• Capacity to evaluate and assess residents and plan treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, promoting rehab care quality.
• Evaluate patients within required timeframes and document progress.
• Screen patients on admission or as requested by leadership.
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans and goals.
