Colonial Manor in Randolph, NE is seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and help develop care plans in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• SLP license required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes; modify services based on evaluations and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers about speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
