Job summary

Qualifications

• Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA Certification.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies.
• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence.
• Provide AAC systems for communication disorders.
• Coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures as ordered.
• Document services in the medical record and ensure timely billing records.
