Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026/2027 year in Cusseta, GA. This contract position is 25 hours weekly with a small K-12 caseload and competitive pay based on experience.

You will work with educators, parents, and specialists to support students’ speech and language development. Required: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, GA license, GACE Ethics; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• GA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Complete GACE Ethics course.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

Position Overview

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities
