Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Florence, SC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time floater role in skilled nursing and long-term care. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
