Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Florida. This full-time role is located in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting, with a focus on evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
