Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care team in Maryland. This part-time floater role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within Enhance Therapies family.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing care plans, collaborating with clinicians, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
