Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat residents in our skilled nursing facility. Full-time or PRN positions available.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, swallowing safety, and quality of life. The ideal candidate holds a NJ SLP license, a degree in SLP, and strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey SLP license.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Solid understanding of speech/language anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team at our Bayville, NJ 08721 location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment under a highly experienced leadership team, including our new Administrator, Director of Rehabilitation, and Director of Nursing.

We are hiring for Full-Time or PRN SLP positions.

Position Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in adult and geriatric residents within our skilled nursing facility. You will be an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, helping residents improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life.
