Job summary

Ivy Street School, a program of MAB Community Services, seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF) to join a multidisciplinary team. You will provide individual and small-group therapy, develop IEP goals, and contribute to progress reports.

This year-round private residential program serves neurodiverse adolescents and young adults (ages 13–22). The role is full-time, mostly 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one day per week 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Massachusetts SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) required/eligible.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6–12 students.
• Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop IEP goals, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, clinicians, residential staff, and families.
• Lead classroom push-in groups and support residential communication programming.
• Participate in IEP meetings, treatment team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and student progress records.
• Participate in department meetings, supervision, and professional development.
