Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to provide therapy in locations including SNFs, outpatient, LTCs or home health care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders using therapy techniques to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing.
• Work as part of a therapy team in various settings to support patient outcomes.
• Provide therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
