Job summary

Origami Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team serving pediatric and adult clients with neurological, developmental, and orthopedic needs in Michigan. You will help clients rebuild communication, confidence, independence, and connection after life-changing injuries and conditions.

The position emphasizes person-centered care, collaboration, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required and ongoing Michigan licensure.
• Maintains CCC-SLP and state licensure throughout employment.
• Brain Injury Specialist certification offered after hire.

Responsibilities

• Model a positive therapeutic environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Evaluate and treat clients per physician referrals following ASHA code of ethics.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Lead group therapy sessions and provide supervision to interns and volunteers.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement through data collection.
