Job summary

Origami Rehabilitation in Michigan seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy across communication, cognition, and social connection. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals’ independence and confidence in daily life.

Eligible candidates hold the ASHA CCC-SLP, Michigan license, and a valid driver's license. We offer salaried employment with strong benefits and opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification through ASHA is required.
• Michigan licensure as an SLP is required.
• Driver's license required for transportation as needed.
• Brain Injury Specialist certification offered by Origami after hire.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification provided by Origami.

Responsibilities

• Model a safe, respectful therapeutic environment.
• Maintain confidentiality with clients and partners.
• Document assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing.
• Adhere to ASHA code of ethics and Michigan regulations.
• Lead group therapy sessions and provide supervision to interns/volunteers.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
