Essentia Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, treat, and discharge patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work across settings, collaborating with caregivers and staff to deliver evidence-based care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure, with responsibilities including documentation, billing, and scheduling. Weekend on-call coverage is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Current licensure to practice speech-language pathology in the state of practice.
• Ability to manage a full caseload with documentation and billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients.
• Manages documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties for the caseload.
• Maintains professionalism and supervises support staff while complying with organization policies.
• Supports on-call rotations and weekend coverage as part of staffing needs.
