Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver SLP services to patients across care communities, performing screenings, evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans.

You will work with facility staff to ensure high-quality care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, using proven protocols and continuing education to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients per the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation's standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
