AccessCNY, Inc. is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evaluation, treatment, and therapy planning for children and adults with diverse developmental and health-related needs in Syracuse, NY.

The role offers either full-time or part-time arrangements with hours based on participant needs and clinic scheduling. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, developing Plans of Care, conducting therapy sessions, and documenting progress.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology; NYS license required.
• CCC and ATP certifications are required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluations and revaluations for individuals on caseload.
• Development of Plan of Care (POC).
• Provision of Speech Therapy treatment.
• Maintaining knowledge of AAC, Assistive Technology, and Early Intervention best practices.
• Completing treatment plans, evaluations, billing forms, and discharge summaries.
• Performing home evaluations or trainings.
