Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools in Texas. The role involves evaluating student needs, communicating findings to families and district staff, and collaborating with ARD to create targeted, evidence‑based interventions.

You will deliver therapy services directly or supervise assistants, track progress with data, and support ARD meetings to advocate for students’ education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students using comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify therapy needs.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to parents and district staff.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted, evidence‑based interventions.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support student programs.
