Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students and schools in Texas. This role involves evaluating communication needs, communicating findings to families and district staff, and developing evidence-based IEP–aligned interventions.

You will provide therapy services or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and contribute in ARD meetings to advocate for students’ access to education and success. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs by conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to enhance student performance and access to education.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records; adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and conferences to advocate for students.
