Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools with comprehensive evaluations, clear communication of findings, and targeted interventions. You will collaborate with the ARD committee and deliver or supervise therapy aligned with IEP goals to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Texas licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program is required.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as an SLP is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language needs of students.
• Communicate findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based therapeutic interventions with ARD involvement.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with accurate records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.

Education

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
