Preferred Therapy Solutions in East Hartford and Bloomfield, CT, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY to split time between two facilities. The role involves providing comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting and collaborating with rehab and nursing staff.

Candidates must hold an SLP license (or be eligible) and demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel, plus attention to documentation and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in CT.
• CFY (CFY) eligible candidates considered.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work across two facilities when needed.
