Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication needs in schools. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Texas license, and ASHA CCC‑SLP, with bilingual skills to serve diverse families.

You will evaluate needs, share results with families and district staff, and collaborate with the ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions that improve student access to education.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to support IEP goals.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Support ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions.

Your Role:
