Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) to complete 36 weeks under supervision with ASHA-certified mentorship. You will work within a rehab team focused on adult patient care across multiple settings.

The role requires pursuing provisional licensure, maintaining CCC, and meeting CMS requirements for Medicare patients. Opportunities include mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• They must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly titled area.
• The Speech Language Pathologist must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete Clinical Fellowship (36 weeks) under supervision by a licensed SLP.
• Meet licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards for Medicare patients.
• Document status of fellowship, licensure, and CCC in a timely manner.
• Promote safe environment and coordinate with rehab team to design care plans.
• Assess and treat cognitive communication, speech intelligibility, swallowing, and related disorders.
