Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with Clinical Fellowship completion.
• Valid SLP-CCC licensure and BLS Certification within 14 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and gather information to inform goals.
• Communicate evaluation results to patients and caregivers.
• Implement and document treatment plans; adjust as needed.
• Develop discharge plans with education and community referrals.
• Supervise students and staff; participate in quality improvement.
• Document interventions in medical records.
• Contribute to staff development and initiatives to improve care.
• Complete clinical and administrative goals.
