Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to restore communication and swallowing abilities, and to enhance overall communication outcomes for patients. You will design, implement, and adjust evidence-based therapy plans for individuals and groups.

You will work in a collaborative team, provide patient and caregiver education, and participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities. Relocation and visa sponsorship are supported.

Qualifications

• CSLP license or state equivalent required.
• CCC-SLP credential (or eligibility) preferred.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve speech, language, swallowing and cognitive communication.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with care team and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Deliver rehab services across various settings, ensuring timely documentation.

Skills

Licensed/certified as required in the/

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
