HealthPro Pediatrics has a great Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Cumberland and Perry County, PA!

  • This position will consist of providing therapy to children aged birth-3 years old in their natural environment.
  • Extremely flexiblepart time schedule with case-building to full time, if desired.

Responsibilities

-Provide Speech Language Pathologist sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).-Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.-Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.-Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
