Job summary

United Ability, Inc. in Alabama seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for children birth to age 3 to provide evaluations and therapy to improve communication and independence. The role involves family communication, caregiver training, and implementing individualized home programs.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology and an active Alabama license (CCC or in progress). ABESPA/ASHA licenses preferred; benefits include insurance, retirement, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with families regarding child’s progress and plans.
  • Implements treatment plans to promote maximum independence and trains caregivers through demonstrations.
  • Completes required documentation for each child.
