Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or expected.
• Active SLP license in CO or eligibility to obtain before start is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Maintain records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development.
