Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a structured school setting.

You will develop IEPs, provide direct therapy in groups or one-on-one, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to meet student goals. Strong documentation and ongoing professional development are expected throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active AZ SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
