Permanent, direct-hire position with a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Tennessee licensure or eligibility required before practice; prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Tennessee SLP licensure or eligibility required before practice.
• Accredited education in speech-language pathology. Prior professional experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans; deliver interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab and care team; document evaluations and progress.
• Ensure care aligns with safety standards and professional requirements.
