Job description

Looking for meaningful after‑school hours that allow you to earn extra income while making a true impact? At Cole Pediatric Therapy, you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice—and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Compensation & Scheduling

• $30 per 30‑minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential – Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; All day Saturday. Increased rate of $40 per 30‑minute session

Hours & Availability

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: After‑school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full‑time availability
