Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing through evidence-based care. You will work with a collaborative rehab team and maintain a workload that leverages your clinical judgment while protecting time through clear caseloads and streamlined workflows.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans with physicians, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• AHA BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Current SLP license in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Complete video fluoroscopic swallow studies per policy in a safe manner.
• Develop and implement treatment programs with physicians.
• Treat patients per Speech/Language Pathology standards of care.
• Perform bedside swallowing evaluations and report results to the care team.
• Formulate a teaching plan and involve family in learning as appropriate.
