Job summary

Ormond-Rehabilitation- seeks a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized plans based on physician orders and patient needs. Responsibilities

• Screening, evaluation and treatment of facility patients/residents needing SLP services.
• Review medical information and conduct screenings to determine need for services.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plan and supervise staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate billing information.
