Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Interpret physician referrals and conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Establish written plans of care and implement individualized treatment.
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment based on patient response.
Complete documentation and billing per policy, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate discharge planning and family/patient education for home programs.
Promote safety, participate in performance improvement, and assist with supervision as needed.
