About Kids Home Health Care in the Denver metro area seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to begin a rewarding career with strong mentorship, dedicated supervision, and ASHA-aligned training.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay per visit (up to 65 per visit, DOE), mileage reimbursement, PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and no productivity quotas.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date).
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Completing speech and language evaluations.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing skilled speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Colorado home health regulations.
• Tracking Clinical Fellowship hours and maintaining ASHA compliance.

What We Offer

• Up to $65 per visit / 85K-124K (DOE)

Clinical Fellowship Support

Your Clinical Fellowship is one of the most important years of your career, and we're committed to making it a positive experience.

You'll Receive

• Individualized mentorship from an experienced CF Supervisor
• The opportunity to meet your supervisor before accepting the position
• At least the ASHA-required supervision, including a minimum of six hours of direct observation and six hours of indirect supervision during each required segment
• Ongoing support from your Rehab Supervisor and clinical leadership team
• Access to experienced clinicians specializing in feeding therapy, AAC, medically complex patients, and pediatric home health

About The Position

As a Clinical Fellow, you'll evaluate and treat pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
